Note! All Client Photos Are Protected by a Unique Password

To download your file, click on the link in the File Link box next to your name. This opens your private page with your file. Click on the button with the file name you want. Once the video or pictures are displayed, click on the 3 dots and select Save As. The downloaded file will appear in your Downloads folder.
